My youngest daughter wanted to share something special with one of her teachers and when we saw these huge strawberries I knew what it would be, we would cover them in chocolate. So that is what we did. I thought it was appropriate for snack for the family on Valentine's Day and we saved one for her and her teacher, too bad today was a snow day.I thought I would share how big and lovely these strawberries were and let me tell you quite delicious. The whole family enjoyed this lovely treat.
